$149 once-offRemote setup anywhere. We configure your venue, help import your items and suppliers, and walk your team through it. Launch offer: eligible venues within 5 km of the Melbourne CBD can choose up to 60 minutes onsite instead, subject to availability.
Extended Onsite Setup
From $249 once-offFor venues outside our local area, larger inventories, more involved configuration or extra training. Quoted per venue; travel may apply.

Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every venue starts on the free 30-day pilot with Pro features and 150 AI credits for the whole pilot. You only add a card if you choose a paid plan.
What happens when I choose a plan?
You start on the free pilot first. When you're ready, pay for your plan in the app under Settings. You can change plans or cancel any time.
What is an AI credit?
One credit covers one smart read: a voice count, a shelf photo, or a label or supplier read. Invoice and docket scans use 2. Unreadable scans don't use credits.
What if we use all our AI credits?
Smart scans & voice counts pause until next month, while barcode and manual counting keep working. Need more AI credits? Contact us.
What happens after the pilot?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, you get 3 days' grace, then view-only access — your data is kept.
