POS sales can be matched to dishes or stock items, then compared with recipes, deliveries, waste and physical counts. This helps expose differences, improve ordering and show where follow-up is needed. Results still depend on accurate mappings, units and recipe information.

Create your venue account, then choose a starter list (Café, Restaurant, Bar, Catering, Childcare Kitchen, School Canteen or Sporting Club Kiosk), upload a spreadsheet, start from scratch, or ask us to help.

Self setup is free, with starter lists and guided onboarding. Assisted Setup is $149 once-off: remote setup anywhere, including configuration, import help and a walkthrough — or, as a launch offer, up to 60 minutes onsite for eligible venues within 5 km of the Melbourne CBD, subject to availability. Extended Onsite Setup starts from $249 for other locations, larger inventories or extra training (travel may apply). Multi-venue setup is quoted. Premium yearly includes one complimentary Assisted Setup.

30 days with Pro features and 150 AI credits for the entire pilot. Day 30 is the final pilot day. If you don't choose a plan, Days 31–33 are a grace period, then Day 34 brings view-only access. Your data is kept.

AI credits cover smart scans & voice counts. A voice count, shelf photo, label or supplier read uses 1 credit; an invoice or docket scan uses 2. Yes. Send us your item or supplier list (CSV or Excel) from the Help page and we'll import it. You can also upload it yourself under Stock.

No. KwikShelfie runs in the browser on any modern phone, tablet or laptop. Camera and microphone are used only when you choose Snap or Voice.

Email orders can be sent from the app and are only marked Sent once accepted. SMS and WhatsApp open your phone's app with the order ready — you tap Send yourself.

No. Photo and voice counts are a starting point. You review every line before stock changes, and you can undo a save for 5 minutes.
